Here is a truly dynamic composition. I was able to use the lines in the swimming pool along with the swimmers facial features to capture this photo.
I was using my 70-300 long lens at 300 with aperture priority on 1/800 of a second shutter speed. This allows me to capture the face on the swimmers in the water.
