Paint inside any shape as a stencil.
The actual key to understanding Photoshop is the knowledge that it’s built to work like a digital stencil.
The photographer creates holes, then paints of edits inside those holes—those stencils. Amazingly, ANYTHING can be used as a stencil: any shape, any artwork, and other photo.
This is a marvelous trick for developing wonderfully creative images.
